HOW TO BAKE BONE-IN, SKIN-ON CHICKEN THIGHS
To bake bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs, preheat your oven to 400°F and roast to an internal temperature of 165°F, about 35-40 minutes.
HOW TO BAKE (ROAST) A WHOLE CHICKEN
Preheat your oven to 425°F and roast for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
HOW TO BAKE A SPATCHCOCKED CHICKEN
To bake a spatchcocked chicken (if you're saying, "Wait, what does spatchcock mean," check this out), preheat your oven to 425°F and roast chicken 45-50 minutes, until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F and the juices run clear.
